I was unable to jump it. Car needed towing to the repair shop. I called Progressive for roadside assistance and they assigned the tow to Plains Towing. I got a text their driver (Cameron) that he was on his way. He showed up less than 5 minutes later. Cameron was energetic, polite and helpful. He checked the battery first and determined it was good. He then tried to reset the anti-theft system and determined that the car did need to be towed. His equipment was clean and he was extremely careful and efficient in his work. These guys came on a sunday, towed my camper to get repaired. They were very professional and curtious. They went above and beyond to make sure we were cared for. Had to use Plains when we were road-tripping and unfortunately smucked a Deer that totaled our vechilein the middle of NO WHERE. Our Driver Adrian brought us back to Belle Fourche and took us to our hotel. The staff was very kind and polite - they even gifted us free tickets to the Rodeo!
